Even those who tend to be more „outdoor-minded“ might still like to round off a perfect day’s holiday in the fresh air with a sauna, before relaxing on a sun-bed and enjoying the overwhelming mountainous scenery and just letting their mind wander.
The Wellness Oasis in the Grindelwald Sports Centre as well as the Alpine Sports Centre in Mürren are there for the pleasure of those wishing to come in and relax for a while. Both have convincingly good features ranging from indoor pool to wellness oasis and offer a variety of different massages and beauty treatments. Not only the sports centres offer wellness though. Many of the hotels in the Jungfrau Region have responded to the increasing demand for relaxation, sauna, massage and beauty treatments in their own establishments.
